Step 1: How to buy online


 

  • Use the Add to Cart link or Shopping Cart Icon to add it to your shopping cart.
  • If you wish to buy a further item then choose the Continue Shopping Button.
  • If you want more than one of any item while viewing the shopping basket just enter the amount in the QTY section and press the recalculate button.
  • Choose what postage option you require.
  • Once finished please choose the Checkout Button and fill in your personal details. Remember to enter your email twice. Valid email addresses only will receive an invoice and receipt number, so please make sure you enter it correctly.
  • In Other Information if you are buying Event Packages for other people we will also require their full name/s please enter them before you checkout in the relevant boxes. If buying Photo Shoots please enter your Registration number in the Event Registration Number box so we can match your order up. Failure to do this may result in a delay picking up your event tickets and/or photo shoot vouchers at the event.
  • Don't forget you must tick the terms and conditions box before you proceed. Please also READ the terms and conditions as Convention & Event Packages are NON REFUNDABLE for whatever reason.
  • You then need to choose how to pay either by UK Bank Transfer, Cheque, Postal Order or Cash or EU Bank Transfer. Please note once you select a button that is the method of payment and the order has been completed. If you decide to pay with a different method than you chose at checkout that is fine just make the payment how you want to but PLEASE do not order again as this takes stock out of the system and could cause other customers to think items have sold out.

Step 2: Pay for your order

 

 
  • Payment is by Bank Transfer, Cheque, Postal Order or Cash. Sorry but we CANNOT take payment by PAYPAL or by CREDIT/DEBIT card at this time. Tip: If you can only pay by Credit Card, pop along to the Post Office and you should be able to pay for a POSTAL ORDER with your card then simply send this to us at the address above. Some accounts offer Credit Card Cheques.
  • Cheques/Postal Orders should be made payable to 'WCM Events Limited' and in £ Sterling (GBP) only then sent along with a print out of your order to: W.C.M Events Ltd PO Box 915 Dagenham RM9 9GN.
  • Cash should be sent to the above address by Special Delivery Only.
  • UK Online Banking send as a 'Bill Payment' and follow any instructions your bank gives you, when asked enter the following details:

    Sort code 40-39-04
    Account number 51690876
    Reference: This is your RC Order Number for example RC00001.
  • European Union Online Banking or your country uses the Euro as it's currency, Please make a SEPA Payment only. Follow instructions your bank gives you when asked enter the following details:

    Reference: This is your RC Order Number for example RC00001.
  • You will need to convert the amount from POUNDS (£) into EUROS (€) using an online converter such as www.xe.com before paying.
