We aim to ship within three working days of payment being cleared, Please allow 14 working days before contacting us if your order hasn't arrived. if an item is not in stock you will receive an email and a full refund including postage.

STEP 1: How to buy from our online shop
- Use the Add to Cart link or Shopping Cart Icon to add it to your shopping cart.
- If you wish to buy a further item then choose the Continue Shopping Button.
- If you want more than one of any item while viewing the shopping basket just enter the amount in the QTY section and press the recalculate button.
- Choose what postage option you require.
- Once finished please choose the Checkout Button and fill in your personal details. Remember to enter your email twice. Valid email addresses only will receive an invoice and receipt number, so please make sure you enter it correctly.
- In Other Information if you are buying event packages for other people we will also require their full name/s please enter them before you checkout.
- Don't forget to tick the terms and conditions box before you proceed.
- After you have ordered and chosen your payment method the webpage following this will tell you how to pay, give you your RC number and ask you to click continue please write down your RC number in case you have trouble with any system generated emails sent to you from us. You can also select an option to show you a printed invoice of your order.
STEP 2: Paying for your merchandise
- Payment is by Bank Transfer, Cheque, Postal Order or Cash.
Sorry but we can not take Card Payments or PayPal at this time. - Cheques/Postal Orders should be made payable to 'WCM Events Limited' and in £ Sterling (GBP) only then sent along with a print out of your order to:
W.C.M Events Limited PO Box 915 Dagenham RM9 9GN. - Cash should be sent to the above address by Special Delivery Only.

IMPORTANT: Depending on your bank and the country you live in your bank may charge you for this service. - Customers wishing to buy who do not live in the UK or Europe please email us for payment options.
STEP 3: After payment has been completed
- If you decide to pay with a different method than you chose before please email us do not order again as this takes stock out of the system and could cause other customers to think items have sold out.
- Once successfully paid you will receive an email from us confirming what you have ordered along with an order reference number. If attending an event please print out your receipt and make sure you bring it with you as without the receipt we may not be able to issue you with your purchase.
- You can track your order status at anytime by clicking the truck icon on each page. You will need the email address you ordered with and the reference number starting with RC.
