Please note we are unable give refunds under any circumstances for event tickets/packages so to avoid embarrassment please do not enquire about refunds.
Emails will be answered as soon as possible we anticipate within 3 working days but could be longer during the run up to events or when items such as event packages go on sale. However before emailing us please READ the FAQ as it contains many answers to popular questions including those about refunds and cancellations.
