Before contacting us please try the Zendesk knowledge base. It has answers to the most popular questions including those about e-tickets, convention times, refunds, cancellations etc. If you cannot find an answer you can send us a support ticket through the Zendesk.
Please note we are unable offer refunds under any circumstances for event tickets/packages so to avoid embarrassment please do not ask about refunds.
All support tickets will receive an answer from within 72 hours. We are sorry we are unable to take enquiries by telephone.
A few important rules before you send a support ticket

- do not send abusive support tickets
- do not ask for a refund (see our terms and conditions)
- do not send multiple support tickets if you do not get a quick answer
- do not ask for payment confirmations (we match up payments throughout the month)
